Master Yourself

old chinese saying

We spend most of the time trying to change others around us in order to shape them to be what we like, and yet we fail to see that they are only a reflex of our actions and attitude towards them.
Sure we can try to force someone to pull up a smile for us, but if we smile first won't i get the same result naturally ? or if we yell at someone what do we expect to get back ?

To master others or change them might seem a challenge, might make one feels great about ones capacity of control, manipulation, motivation and so on....

But... to truly face ourselves and be able to change and modify the only person that by default "seems and believes to be right" all the time about everything, is far more greater obstacle than moving armies of followers....
